Patrick and Niko Friesen write text, compose and record music together under the record label Paper Shoes. The two released a three-track package in 2022 called Old Man, Shaking His Rattle and in 2019 a CD called Buson’s Bell. They are available through Bandcamp and all music streaming services.
Buson’s Bell is a full-length record of poetry and music collaborations: The words and voice of Patrick Friesen along with the musical composition and production of Niko Friesen (father and son).
